What is Executive Coaching?

“Executive coaches act as a coach, educator, mentor, guide, confidant, and challenger to those that carry the burden of executive-level leadership, the c-level executives as well as their direct reports,” says Jim Mitchell, corporate leadership and teaming consultant.

When Not to Hire an Executive Coach

You should not hire an Executive Coach if you fall into one of the below categories:

You don’t believe you need executive coaching, are not interested in feedback, and don’t think you have to change (or don’t want to).
Executive coaching is only a last-ditch “Hail Mary”— a token attempt to fix a failing executive who is already on their way out the door.
The executive is not at the appropriate level in the organization to justify the expense of coaching.

This session is the exact same as the one above, but we charge if you want us to come to you.

A Discovery Engagement is an exploratory session that gathers a rich trove of information about the you, your life, and your desired outcomes, all of which serves as the foundation for future coaching sessions.

The information gathered during the engagement will aid you in learning more about what motivates you, drives, you, and how to gain the most from your current situation. This session will explore you as a whole person so you can better achieve your professional goals.
